Just wanted to let you know how much you inspired me recently. This time last year I didn't go to the gym and didn't run and was probably at the lowest point I've been. But now I wake up at half 5 every morning and go to the gym for an hour before work and feel so much more confident when working out. It is amazing how good it makes me feel. You Inspired me to get up early and start the day off by exercising Thank you.

I have just completed Sarah-Jane's 5 week course looking at food addiction. How refreshing it is to not be sidelined into buying a "fad diet" or "miracle cure". Sarah explains her own journey in a very raw, open and honest way that makes you feel like you're not alone! Thank you for the confidence is being able to tackle this addiction with tools that I can implement myself and will use for the rest of my life, not just to shift the weight.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this course, it’s well laid out, and the pace is good. It’s not revolutionary in its statements but it does get you to question your own processes and why you do what you do. It helps you to address the self sabotage and voices in your head.
It’s a reflective process- we need a step by step journal please 😜
